LPN Position at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital signs and health information from new residents.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
