Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Construction Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of aerial construction efforts for new construction, maintenance, and rebuild projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of in-house construction teams and contract labor to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to design and implement construction projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily production reports and submitted invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in OSP construction work in the Telecom field.
  • Valid CDL license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Industry-specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and company products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in an office and field environment, with exposure to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions. You will also work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at various heights above ground on telephone/power poles.
