To excel in this position, you will need to:

Key Responsibilities:
Transform client visions into reality through the creation of patios, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.

Candidates must possess verifiable experience in a crew foreman role within landscaping and hardscape construction.

Utilize various power tools and equipment, including loaders, chainsaws, sod cutters, concrete saws, and bed edgers.
Lead a small team of 2-3 members while effectively communicating with clients and management.
Exhibit expertise in tree and shrub installation, along with a solid background in plant identification and landscape design.
Operate a large truck and trailer combination while maintaining a clean driving record.
Install drainage systems, repair lighting and irrigation, and demonstrate problem-solving skills on-site.
Commit to consistent attendance and reliable transportation.
Be available to work on designated Saturdays.

Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $27 per hour.
1.5x pay for snow removal hours.
