Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Fiesta Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
