We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Consumer Lending team in Home Lending at Wells Fargo.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative tasks for Mortgage Branch Managers and loan originators, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Oversee compliance, new hire onboarding, and document production using spreadsheet software, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives, driving productivity and performance goals.
- Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with managers and supervisors to address escalated inquiries or complaints.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements, focusing on customer service excellence.
- Interact with internal teams and communicate with external departments, fostering strong relationships.
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, and/or education.
- Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and systems.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer service focus and complex transaction processing.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
