We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team at Allen Lund Company, LLC. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in non-asset based 3pl sales, with a strong understanding of the transportation industry and its nuances. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales plans, and build long-term relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnership development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in non-asset based 3pl sales
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time for sales meetings and customer visits
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure tied to individual and company performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
