Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Land Survey Project Leader to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the coordination and collaboration with survey team members, human resources, finance, engineers, and clients. The Project Leader will oversee and manage various survey initiatives, such as topographic, boundary, ALTA, and construction stakeout surveys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure quality control of survey project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with both office and field personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality products and superior service to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare project proposals and manage financial aspects through to final invoicing.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop project schedules and provide comprehensive project management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of combined field and office experience in land surveying.
  • 5+ years of experience with CAD software.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Professional Land Surveyor Licensure is preferred.
