The Corporate Performance Management Team

Join forces with fast-growing companies and well-known enterprises (privately held and publicly traded) on transformational corporate performance management projects leveraging OneStream XF. Partner with MorganFranklin's leadership to provide fully integrated services supporting clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.

Your Impact

  • Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with the CPM practice leadership to set strategy, grow the practice, deepen the OneStream alliance relationship, amplify our center of excellence, and support staffing and recruiting efforts.
  • Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts.
  • Maintain adherence to MorganFranklin's delivery methodology, approach, standards, tools, and templates while identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.
  • Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, career development activities, and technical training.
  • Collaborate with other MorganFranklin services (target operating model, finance transformation, technical accounting, M&A, etc.) to engage as business partner and advisor to our clients.
  • Embody MorganFranklin's culture, client service principles, and guiding principles.

You have excellent communication skills and are a team-builder who stays updated on new product enhancements. You know how to creatively design and implement solutions using OneStream to address unique client challenges and share best practices within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 3 years of direct experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
  • 5+ additional years of direct experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or market-leading CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions empowering functional business needs.
  • Relevant professional services experience with a strong understanding of CPM-enabled functional business processes (close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Perspective on CPM best practices.
  • Data integration, conversion, and interface experience.
  • OneStream business rules, .NET, VBA, SQL, or similar expertise.
  • Project management experience (scope, schedule, budget, resource management).
  • Proven ability to lead teams that deliver exceptional services and solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
