As a Data Analytics Expert Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making
  • Lead and manage a team of data analytics professionals to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We Offer:

As a Data Analytics Expert Lead at Guidehouse, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a quantitative field
  • Tableau Desktop Certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SQL and data querying
  • Background in machine learning or artificial intelligence
  • Experience with MS Forms and Power Automate
