Job Summary

The Strategic HR Partnership Executive at Community Bank & Trust - W. GA plays a vital role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to deliver value-added service to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnerships: Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assists leaders in selection and hiring process, including posting, job offers, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement: Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.

Compensation Package: Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and professional development opportunities.
