- Encourage a Passion for Learning: Inspire critical thinking and a love for mathematics among students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational discipline is highly preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge in mathematics.
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students.
- Classroom teaching experience at the K-12 level is advantageous.
Additional Information:
- A formal teaching credential is not a requirement for this role.
Work Schedule:
- This role involves teaching in an afterschool program with classes scheduled during evenings and weekends. Candidates should be available for weekday after-school hours (starting as early as 4 PM) and/or weekends.
- A minimum initial commitment of approximately 3 hours per week for each assigned class is expected.
- Each course is conducted once a week for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation of $40.00 per hour.

Eligibility: To be considered for this position, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship, including STEM-OPT and H-1B, is not available.
