We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN OR Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with staffing schedules and daily staffing assignments to provide competent personnel for each patient.
- Ensure on-time starts and minimal turnaround times for surgical cases.
- Communicate with PREOP and PACU, Surgery Schedulers and Surgeons.
- Be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and assist with compliance.
- Perform the duties of a circulator and surgical technician as needed.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required.
- At least one year of RN Perioperative experience is required.
