Clinical Nurse Coordinator Trauma ICU Specialist

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Trauma ICU, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care through assistance with admission and discharge processes.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with other members of the management team.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, as well as implementing courses of action to ensure a competitively better organization.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
