About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Behavior Management Techniques: Develop and implement behavior management techniques to prevent, intervene, and provide consequences for challenging behaviors.
  • Provide Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations and provide support to individuals in need.
  • Review and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans: Collaborate with BCBA's to review and implement behavior intervention plans to achieve learning and behavioral goals.
  • Conduct ABA Therapeutic Services: Provide ABA-specific therapeutic services, including Pivotal Response Training, Verbal Behavior Training, and Discrete Trial Training.
  • Document Session Data: Accurately document session data and behavioral progress.
  • Collect and Interpret Data: Collect, interpret, and report on behavioral and academic data to inform treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification: Possess a valid RBT certification or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant Experience: Possess at least two years of relevant experience in behavioral therapy or a related field.
  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in computer software and technology.
