Job Title: Plant Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Finance Manager to join our team at Shearer's Snacks. As a key member of our Plant Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial activities at the Plant, driving process enhancements and productivity improvements, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to plant operations, including spend management, inventory control, and capital project management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including financial reporting and accounting practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at various levels.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
