As a key member of our Plant Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial activities at our Perry, FL and Bluffton, IN locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive process enhancements and productivity improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership, HQ Finance/Accounting, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams to provide timely analysis and insights.
  • Accountable for plant financial reporting, spend management, annual budgeting, variance investigation, financial modeling, and productivity forecasting.
  • Support all plant initiatives for capital and non-capital projects by validating cost assumptions and providing recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial metrics in a manufacturing organization.
  • Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence at various levels.
