Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical components under the supervision of an experienced Journeymen Electrician.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and participate in implementing those improvements.
  • Use keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and zero defects.
  • Adhere to 5S principles ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform repetitive tasks for an extended period.
  • Bend conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
  • Perform wire and cable pulls.
  • Perform material handling duties.
  • Clean and maintain tools, test equipment, and work area.
  • Maintain compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
  • Create and apply assembly identification labels.
  • Participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-1 year(s) of experience.
  • No travel required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
