Certified Medication Specialist

At Arbor's Luxurious Assisted Living Community, we're seeking highly skilled Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our compassionate care team. As a CMA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for assisting residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, while maintaining a high level of compassion and empathy.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring
- Respond to resident needs with compassion and empathy
- Report changes and updates on resident conditions using excellent communication skills
- Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
