Job Description

The Certified Medication Aide will assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned and within the scope of practice, policy, and procedures and state regulations. You will coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians, provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials, transport residents, answer residents' calls, and report observations to supervisors.

You will also assist Life Enrichment staff in carrying out planned activities and perform other duties consistent with your position as assigned. If you are a patient, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Completion of an accredited Certified Medication Aide course
  • Valid State Specific CMA/CMT license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year prior experience
