Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of personnel and facilities in accordance with established protocols.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns from clients and management.
  • Safeguard Sensitive Security Information (SSI).
  • Keep management informed of employee contact changes.
  • Participate in relevant training sessions.
  • Adhere to the company uniform policy.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience in a client-focused role in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.
  • Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Must possess a valid BSIS Security Guard Card as per California regulations.
  • Completion of 40 hours of BSIS skills training is mandatory at the time of employment.
  • Annual completion of 8 hours of mandated BSIS skills training is required.
  • Must hold a current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
  • A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to inspect identification documents for validity.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Capability to endure varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent walking to various work areas is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for monitoring computer and camera screens.
  • Effective communication skills for radio and telephone use.
  • Basic computer and writing skills are necessary.
