  • Accurately prepare mixed drinks/beer/wine for guests while adhering to portion control standards put in place by management.
  • Handle all payments accurately.
  • Effectively handle guest complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
  • Well versed and able to communicate history, products and services of Erin Hills.
  • Ensure all radio communication is respectful, professional and courteous.
  • Adhere to safety regulations as provided by Erin Hills and OSHA.
  • Responsibly check guests' identification to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirements to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Respectfully refuse beverage service to guests whom appear overly intoxicated and inform management immediately.
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Follow guidelines and policies set forth by Erin Hills Employee Handbook.
