Role Responsibilities:

The Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and in-person events.
  • Setting appointments with potential customers, aiming for a minimum of 6 appointments per month for full-time and 4 for part-time roles.
  • Collecting contact information and understanding customer motivations.
  • Educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
  • Representing Brooklyn SolarWorks at events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Participating in daily virtual check-ins and weekly team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in technology and computer skills (Google Docs, email).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six months of canvassing experience.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking software.
Compensation and Benefits:

  • Part-time: $20+ commission; Full-time: $21-23/hr + commission.
