Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and nurturing relationships with customers, and providing expert guidance on our full line of products. If you have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-starter mentality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, and builders to expand our market presence.
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Strategic Territory Management: Manage your territory effectively, identifying high-potential leads and executing follow-up actions.
- Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance on our full line of paints and coatings, demonstrating how they solve customer challenges and add value to their projects.
