Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Life Spring Pain Management LLC. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the efficient operation of our medical office.

Responsibilities:
  • Interview patients and document their medical history accurately
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule procedures with precision
  • Manage and update patient records, ensuring seamless communication with our medical team
  • Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services as needed
  • Prepare patient charts and communicate with patients effectively
  • Assist during medical examinations, providing support and maintaining a calm environment
  • Produce and distribute essential correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Maintain treatment rooms and medical instruments in pristine condition
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical assistant or CNA, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care
  • Proficiency in medical office management systems and procedures, including electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Social perceptiveness and a customer-centric approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software, with typing skills exceeding 60 words per minute
