Senior ABA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ABA Specialist - Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments and supervising treatment plans, providing parent coaching and collaborating with other disciplines such as Speech and Occupational Therapy.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Assessment-Based Leadership Strategies (ABLS), Adaptive Functioning Observation for Life Skills (AFOLS), and Verbal Behavior-Matching-to-Stimuli (VB-Mapp). You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

In this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $80K - $100K per year, a generous sign-on bonus of $5,000 - $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, accident insurance, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
