  • Implement and maintain security measures, data encryption, and access controls within the Salesforce environment.
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive background in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, encompassing features such as case management, service contracts, leads, opportunities, and campaigns.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other applications through APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Proven track record in architecting complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to design and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.
  • Experience in managing and delivering complex Salesforce projects on schedule and within budget, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and partners at all levels, driving consensus and alignment on quality objectives.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus, with an understanding of industry-specific business processes and challenges.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a concentration on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly regarded.
  • Strong comprehension of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
