Sales Professional

We are looking for a skilled Sales Professional to engage with customers at farmers markets and events. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell company products and services to new and existing customers at farmers markets and events
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Achieve sales targets by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and providing excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Organize market and event logistics to ensure a successful sales experience
- Develop and maintain effective sales materials to present to customers
Essential Skills:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or related environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to drive sales and resolve customer issues
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Must have reliable transportation to attend markets and events
Compensation:
$60,000 per year plus commission structure to reward sales performance and encourage growth
