In this position, you will be tasked with interpreting and comprehending electrical schematics and protocols, executing assembly tasks, and ensuring that the workspace is maintained in an orderly and safe manner. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the electrical sector and demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and comprehend electrical schematics and protocols.
- Execute electrical assembly tasks, including wire stripping, crimping, and termination.
- Construct both small and large assemblies in accordance with schematics and blueprints.
- Communicate with supervisors and/or managers to provide updates on progress.
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the electrical field.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as necessary.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to follow directions and work under challenging conditions.
- Familiarity with various hand tools.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of effective communication with other departments.
