You will provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action. You will work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience. You will effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases. You will negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar. You will advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action. You will be able to appropriately communicate with clients. You will appear in court on behalf of clients. You will analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies.", "Qualifications": "We are looking for a candidate with 3 or more years of practice, ideally in personal injury. You should have trial experience and familiarity with Litify is a plus. You must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina.
