Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Office Manager for the Chief People Officer (CPO). Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert administrative support to the CPO and the Executive Leadership Team, including managing schedules, preparing materials, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the CPO's detailed calendar, proactively managing scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth coordination for meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, board members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and operations across the organization.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and provide logistical support for both internal and external meetings.
