About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Director, LEAD to lead our team in providing exceptional services to clients with behavioral health conditions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, program management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for harm reduction case management and other best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization, clients, and community stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and submission.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
