We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives for our Enterprise Technology team. This role will drive the execution of our multi-year Enterprise Technology roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery and implementation. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with business partners, enterprise architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to define requirements and scope projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage cross-team dependencies, align roadmaps, and unblock teams to ensure effective collaboration across teams.
2. Define clear goals, prioritize work, and use data to drive decisions in partnership with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
3. Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts affecting goal achievement to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
4. Implement structure, order, and clarity to ambiguous problems to ensure effective resolution and minimal disruption to project progress.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of technical program management experience
• 2+ years of vendor management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with a strong understanding of program management fundamentals
• Deep understanding of software product life cycle process and adherence to defined processes
• Expertise in system design, architecture, and implementation details
• Analytical mindset with ability to create reporting and influence decisions using data
• Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Effective communication with local and international teams in a multicultural setting
