CesiumAstro is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and delivery of our products meet our customer's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aids for assembly.
- Work with team members to ensure production roles are clear.
- Assemble electronic components using SMT, AOI, and other techniques.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and design staff to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to ESD and FOD-controlled environment protocols.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inventory management tasks.
- Basic computer skills to complete quality control forms.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in electronic assembly operations.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to differentiate between colors.
- Attention to detail and ability to read parts lists.
- Familiarity with undergoing routine preventive maintenance and inventory management.
