Job Summary:
Lovelace Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Security department and patient transport services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the 7-day-per-week, 24-hour-per-day operations of the Security department, including patient transport services.
- Oversee and coordinate supervision of personnel, ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Train staff in crisis prevention, workplace violence, safety, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Administration, or Business.
- Five (5) years of previous job-related experience.
- Valid NM Driver's License.
- Preferred: Previous military, security, or law enforcement background.
