Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role
This position requires a skilled Structural Engineer with expertise in project management, analysis, and design. You will work closely with clients to understand project requirements and lead a team of engineers and modelers to deliver contract documents and drawings. A working knowledge of current industry software and Tekla is required. Ability to travel within the US and internationally is necessary. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structural engineering projects from initial concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with staff and stakeholders as needed
  • Manage project design and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Supervise engineers and modelers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer and/or SE License preferred
  • Working knowledge of current industry software, including 3D modeling tools
  • Ability to travel within the US and internationally as required
