About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meat Assistant Department Manager to join our team at Festival Foods. As a key member of our Meat Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and ensuring the highest level of customer service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and merchandising of products
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for new and current associates
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to associates
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail or restaurant industry
  • WI Certified Food Manager License
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
