We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team at AFC Urgent Care in Chelmsford. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for performing radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases. This role may also involve serving as a medical receptionist in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and data entry, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a valid ARRT registration or board eligibility.
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • ARRT Certification (Required)

Work Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Time off requests can be honored with advance notice.
