Job Summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Team Lead to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising assigned service technicians to meet and exceed department profitability goals. About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate's degree or equivalent, as well as 3+ years related experience required, industry experience preferred. You should also possess exceptional mechanical aptitude and demonstrated skills, including proven troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipment. In addition, you must be able to work evenings and weekend hours during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Team Lead, your primary objectives will include:

  • • Routinely demonstrating and creating a helpful and positive work culture
    • Encouraging and building positive relationships and communicating effectively with all co-workers and outside customers and vendors
    • Conducting yourself at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with the companies Code of Conduct
    • Meeting or exceeding team productivity goals on a number of measurements, including gross calls per day, incomplete calls, call back rate, efficiency rating, EU rating, daily time detail, and average call duration
    • Meeting or exceeding all inventory integrity goals, including line item accuracy and dollar value variance
    • Maintaining technical knowledge on all products
    • Making recommendations to Field Service Manager for any identified service training needs
    • Assisting Sales department with sales demos as requested
    • Handling service calls in the event that the open call load is high
    • Other duties assigned as needed
