Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Access Center (EAC) Supervisor, IPS Team Lead to oversee the employment service contracts for our EAC at the Old Town Recovery Center (OTRC). This role will provide leadership and management to our IPS team, ensuring adherence to IPS or its supportive service model.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of employment service contracts for the EAC at OTRC
  2. Leadership and management of the IPS team
  3. Adherence to IPS or its supportive service model
  4. Day-to-day supervision of IPS/ACT Employment Specialist (ES) teams
  5. Operational issues and effectiveness of program budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in workforce development, social services, job placement, job coaching, employment and training, or a related field
  • Lead/supervisory experience required
  • QMHA certification
  • CPR certification
