Job Description: At Oakmonte Insurance, we strive to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Insurance Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our insurance office, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
* Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
* Collaborate with agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to clients.
* Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Provide support to clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and general insurance inquiries.
* Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, scheduling, and office organization to support office efficiency.
Requirements:
* Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
* Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
* Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
* A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
