About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Aide to join our team at Ohio Living. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report patient status to the RN Case Manager
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements
  • STNA certification
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an STNA or hospice aide
  • Knowledge of hospice aide practices and procedures preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
