At Village Caregiving, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Our senior caregivers are dedicated to helping elderly individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medications. We understand the importance of maintaining independence and dignity, and our caregivers are trained to provide personalized support and care.

Our caregivers are responsible for assisting clients with ambulation and mobility, personal care and hygiene, and light housekeeping duties. They also collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members, and report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, and family members.

**Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:**

* Competitive Pay
* Daily Pay
* Flexible Working Hours (pick your own schedule)

* Compensation: $16 - $21 per hour

**Caregiver Responsibilities:**

* Remind clients to take prescribed medication
* Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
* Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
* Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
* Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
* Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members
* Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, and family members
* Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

**Caregiver Requirements:**

* Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience required
* Current CPR (American Heart Association) certification preferred
* CNA or STNA license preferred
* Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
* Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
* Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
* Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
* Physical endurance to complete required tasks
