Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Manager to join our team at Westerville Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading our team of caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Implement resident-centered care plans and provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration and resident care.
  • Coordinate the resident admission process, including screening, assessment, and care planning.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in directing/providing care for seniors preferred.
  • Strong background in patient care assessment and developing approaches to meet resident needs.
  • Experience in community or long-term care settings.
  • Must meet all state requirements.
