We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at GE Appliances, a Haier company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver products to various locations using designated routes and schedules.
- Load, unload, and stage products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect and operate delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds with assistance and climb in/out of box trucks without assistance.
- Collect e-signatures from customers on driver mobile tablets and document deliveries or log shipment information.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed and follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver with a valid For Hire License (minimum one year).
- Ability to operate trucks in various weather and traffic conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good driving record with no traffic violations.
- Excellent communication skills.
