Project Manager RoleWe're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in our creative process. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating between account services, creative teams, and clients to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track projects using our project management software, Function Point
- Ensure job schedules and task lists are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate daily with creative and account teams to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Build relationships with team members based on trust and respect
- Develop and maintain production schedules for all jobs
- Monitor project budgets and keep account teams updated on project health
- Allocate workload across the team, balancing resources and bandwidth
- Monitor employee timesheets and ensure timely entry and accuracy
- Oversee quality standards for all deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and assist with project planning
- Identify opportunities for improving agency processes and efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience managing multiple projects in an agency setting
- Pro-active, solutions-oriented self-starter with high attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to motivate others
- Proficiency with project management software, including Function Point
- Experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
