About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technician to join our team at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center. As an MRI Technician, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures according to established practices and procedures, taking call, scheduling MRI exams, and stocking procedure rooms. You will also act as a resource person to Radiology staff and medical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures according to established practices and procedures
  • Take call and be available to work varied shifts
  • Schedule MRI exams and stock procedure rooms
  • Act as a resource person to Radiology staff and medical staff
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Current BLS certification required at time of hire
  • MRT (New Mexico licensure) required for MRI Registered Technologists
  • R.T. (MR) (ARRT) or ARMRIT (ARMRIT) required for MRI Registered Technologists
  • PMRT (Provisional NM licensure) required for Registered Technologist Trainees/Apprentices
  • R.T. (R) (ARRT) required for Registered Technologist Trainees/Apprentices
