Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of social services staff to ensure excellent client care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in areas such as psychoeducation, mental health assessments, and motivational interviewing.
- Collaborate with the Director of Social Services to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
- Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and local mental health service providers to ensure seamless referrals and service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to identify and address barriers to achieving their goals, and provide support and guidance to help them advocate for themselves and achieve self-sufficiency.
- Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, culturally affirming and responsive work, and family-based clinical interventions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
