Job Title: Resident Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team at Lakeshore Senior Living. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Escort and assist residents to and from resident rooms, dining rooms, and activities.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
  • Document resident care and services provided.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
