Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.

Strictly follow serving guidelines, paying special attention to guests who may be intoxicated, and make informed decisions regarding service adjustments.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of the bar menu to assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.

Deliver outstanding customer service through active engagement and a welcoming attitude.

Foster positive and productive relationships with team members.

Proactively communicate supply needs to avoid shortages during events.

Set up and transport necessary supplies to designated bar areas.

Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning the bar, stocking items, and ensuring overall hygiene.

Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the payment collection system.

Assist bar staff with any cash handling issues and ensure proper payment processing.

Conduct end-of-shift cash counts, complete necessary reports, and secure funds.

Safeguard all liquor, beer, wine, and storage areas, completing closing duties effectively.

Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene to reflect a professional environment.

Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Comply with safety and security policies to ensure a clean and secure environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending, preferably in a banquet setting.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar environment.

Flexible availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong mathematical skills.

Ability to handle diverse customer service situations with ease.

Must obtain T.I.P.S., L.E.A.D., and ServSafe certifications within the first 30 days of employment.

Valid food handler card required or to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

A background check will be required upon hiring.
