About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience, with a focus on pediatric care.
